Quote is based off information gathered pre-installation. Upon installation & discovery, additional equipment, licenses, and/or labor may be required to complete the project.

Billing Notes

  • Your first bill may look different than other bills. It may include: (1) one-time fees and prorated charges for new services added during the prior month, (2) full charges for the next month, (3) applicable usage charges, as well as (4) associated taxes and fees.
  • Hardware provided on promotion is amortized over a 12-month period. Penalties on hardware for early cancellation of an account are calculated based on the percentage of the term remaining at the time of cancellation.
  • Shipping charges may be estimates only and are subject to change. Actual shipping charges will be calculated at the time the order is placed.
  • Taxes and fees are based on service address and can differ by address.
  • Payment Terms:
  • Payment due in full upon receipt of E2E Technology’s invoice.
  • E2E Technology offers credit card and ACH payments in our secure payment portal.

Programming Changes by E2E Technology

  • All remote programming changes are included in the monthly service.
  • On-site service is billable at the current hourly rate.

Installation

  • Installation takes place during normal business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • After hours, weekends, and holidays are billed at overtime rates.
  • Before the installation date, it is assumed that all network cabling is in place, labeled correctly, and serviceable.
  • Network cabling is not included. Any changes to the building cabling are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Business Hours

  • Service calls after hours, weekends, or Holidays are billed at the current overtime rate per hour.

Change Orders

  • Alterations or Modifications to the scope of work listed on this proposal will result in a change order.
  • Change orders are priced separately and require signed authorization before proceeding with additional work.

Freight

  • Charges shown reflect ground shipping.
  • Additional freight and handling charges apply for expedited shipping.

 

Customer Obligations

    • Customer understands that the use of E2E Cloud requires a network firewall at the Customer premises. Customers must deploy firewalls designed to enhance security for SIP-based VoIP applications and services. Any fraudulent use of Customer’s Services due to a lack of acceptable firewall security is solely the responsibility of Customer, and Company will not credit the customer for these charges.
    • Customer hereby indemnifies E2E Technology against any responsibility for damages, consequential or otherwise that arise from an unprotected network. The customer also acknowledges that E2E Technology may block without notice traffic reported by its carriers as potentially fraudulent.

International Calling Must Be Requested

  • International calling is disabled by default for new accounts to prevent call fraud.
  • International calling can be enabled at a later time.
  • International destinations are all countries that are not part of your domestic zone.

Fraud Monitoring

  • E2E Cloud Network Operations Center (NOC) monitors call patterns to international and high-cost locations on an hourly basis.
  • If any customer exceeds the call thresholds for any international areas or high-cost locations, E2E Technology will disable international calling. An email notification is sent informing the customer that international calling has been disabled based on possible fraudulent activity.
  • To protect the customer, E2E Technology will not enable international calling until the account holder has given E2E Technology authorization in writing.
  • In addition, E2E Technology scans the network of connected devices to determine if E2E Cloud SIP endpoints are open to the public Internet. If an endpoint (phone, phone system, or gateway) is determined to be open to the public Internet, a notification is sent informing the customer is not in compliance with E2E Cloud Terms and Conditions and is required to secure the SIP endpoints behind a firewall.
